Can I upgrade from Free to Pro anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade to Pro at any time. Your data and progress will be preserved, and you'll immediately get access to all Pro features.
What's the difference between monthly and yearly plans?
Both plans give you full access to all Pro features. The yearly plan offers significant savings (over 50% during launch pricing) and is billed once per year instead of monthly.
How long does launch pricing last?
Launch pricing is available for the first 60 days after Guidebeam's public launch. After that, regular pricing applies for new subscribers. If you subscribe during the launch period, your discounted rate is locked in for as long as you maintain your subscription.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your billing settings. You'll continue to have Pro access until the end of your current billing period, then automatically revert to the Free plan.
Are session bookings included in the Pro plan?
Pro members have the ability to book sessions with practitioners. However, individual sessions are charged separately based on the practitioner's rates (e.g., $150 AUD for a 50-minute counselling session).
